| Spirit has been practicing as a Licensed Massage Therapist in the Tucson
community since 2002 after graduating from the nationally recognized and accredited Desert Institute of Healing Arts with 1700 hours of clinical-educational credits. Spirit maintains ongoing continuing education necessary to provide the most contemporary techniques and progressive treatment modalities. Spirit founded Health Through Awareness Bodywork Therapies creating a true Integrated Massage Clinic, providing Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Thai Stretching, and Aroma Therapy in every treatment. Her vision stems from years of exposure to clients with physical, spiritual, and mental traumas. Most massage “clinics” charge for every added treatment modality. Her philosophy is to treat her clients equally, and not the sicker you are, the more we charge. Jason has been practicing as a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2005 after graduating from the Desert Institute of the Healing Arts with 1000 hours. In his 8 years of experience, Jason has treated people of varying demographics, body types, and conditions.
Jason specialties include: Thai Massage Therapy after studying with Itzhak Helman at the Advanced Traditional Thai Yoga Massage at Sunshine Massage School in Chiang Mai Thailand and Nerve-Touch Massage after studying with Jack Chaiya at the Lek Chaiya Massage School in Chiang Mai Thailand. With influences and appreciation of both Western and Asian body therapies, Jason has creating a unique therapy style integrating diverse techniques supporting a proactive and educational approach to massage therapy. Adina has been practicing as a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 15 years in Tucson after graduating from the esteemed Desert Institute of the Healing Arts in 1995. As a native Tucsonan, she has worked in a variety of local settings, including Mirival and Ventana Canyon Resorts providing her the opportunity to treat a variety of clients including; athletes, celebrities, family, and friends.
Adina is a current member of The American Massage Council and is also certified through the National Board for Therapeutic Massage and Body Work. (NCTMB). With an emphasis on Deep Tissue/Therapeutic massage, Adina utilizes many modalities and techniques, which are integrated into each session to create tailored treatment to fit the client’s individual needs offering Deep Tissue, Sports, Pre-Natal, Reflexology and Aromatherapy. Mary has been practicing as a Licensed Massage Therapist for 15 years after graduating from the Massage Clinic and School in Webster, Texas in 1996.
Throughout her career, Mary has worked in different arenas, from chiropractic offices, physical therapy clinics, and a rehabilitation program with Bally’s Total Fitness. After earning her AAS in Health and Exercise Science at Globe College, Mary was hired on to teach massage therapy. Mary furthered her educational experience studying craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, shoulder injury management, and onset pain relief specialties. Incorporating her vast clinical and educational experience, Mary has created a specialized treatment style promoting therapeutic healing which incorporates; stretching, resistance therapy, trigger point release, myofascial release, and many other styles into her massage. |
